You retain ownership of all data you enter into your Easy As 123 Accounts spreadsheet. Therefore, you will have control over sharing access of the spreadsheet with others, for example your accountant or business partner.
What Data We at Easy As 123 Accounts Can See
Our spreadsheet is available on a hosted account and Easy As 123 Accounts retain ownership of the spreadsheet itself. Therefore, your data would be visible to us. However, the only time we will access your spreadsheet is if you place a request for technical support. If we need to work on your spreadsheet we will ask your permission. We will also access your account upon termination of contract, just to delete it.

What Personal Information We Collect, and Why
When you sign up for an account with Easy As 123 Accounts, you provide very basic information. We need just your name and email address.
Your invoices are raised in PayPal. They have enough information about you already to be able to invoice you in a format that is legally acceptable.
If You Decide to Cancel Your Account
If you cancel, we maintain your data on our system for a further seven days. This will give you time to export your data (or maybe change your mind). After this time your data is irrevocably removed from our database. We retain historical billing information for accounting purposes, because we are required to do so by law. However, once you have terminated your account, we no longer have the ability to bill your PayPal account.
Sharing your data with others
We also reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities of our website users or relating to our website users. We will have no legal liability for such disclosures of your information.
