Profit & Loss
You will only need to enter information into the ‘Sales’ and ‘Purchases’ sheets. However, if you use your private vehicle within the company, you'll need to use the 'Mileage' sheet. The ‘Profit & Loss’ sheet updates automatically, without you needing to enter anything into it. The Profit & Loss sheet then tells you, step-by-step, how to complete your own tax return. This could save you a small fortune in accountancy fees!
However, if you're not entirely confident in completing your own forms, you can simply present your printed off spreadsheet to your accountant. They can then complete the form, and you will still have saved a fortune as you've done the hard work using our simple book-keeping system and won't be charged hundreds of pounds in book-keeping fees!

Our simple book-keeping spreadsheet doesn’t need any expensive software to run, it simply runs on Google Docs. This is free, and can be accessed as long as you have an internet connection. We simply send you an email with the link, and you can start recording your sales and purchases from there.
